This is an absolute necessity attempt assuming that you’ve never completed it previously! Save those pumpkin seeds and toast them. They are delish. And they smell decent as well!
Ingredients:
- pumpkin seeds
- melted butter
- garlic salt
Directions:
- After getting the pumpkin, place all the seeds in colander.
- After collecting them all, rinse them with warm water and spread them on a cookie sheet.
- Let dry them overnight.
- Exchange seeds to a bowl, measuring as you do so. For each glass full, include a tsp of melted butter and a squeeze of garlic salt (a little goes far!). Toss together.
- Place seeds back on cookie sheet in a single layer and bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through.
- Enjoy!!!
