I began with a 1×8 board from Lowe’s and I cut it about 2′ long. I utilized an alternate paint method on this board and I adore how it turned out so I am going to impart it to you in my next post. So until further notice… Here is my board after it is painted and prepared to go.
I also obtained 3 hooks and a pipe clamp from Lowe’s. You can discover the pipe clamps in the plumbing area. I purchased the most diminutive 3″ clip and it was under $2
My next step was connecting them to my board. I utilized my drill to connect my hooks first.
At that point it was time to connect the clamp. After endeavoring to bore a gap in the darn thing for 30 minutes I chose to hammer a hole in it. I simply put a thick nail on one of the little openings and hit it hard with a hammer. Done.
I used a 3/4″ wood screw to attach it to my board.
At last, I added to picture hooks to the back of it and hung it up. Mine is on the wall heading into the garage. I dropped a mason jar into the ring and included a couple of cotton bloom twigs.
I adore it. It makes me blissful when I take a look at it. 🙂
