To make this Coffee Cup Quiche you will need:
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
Ground black pepper
1/4 of a bagel (or similar amount of French bread, etc.)
2 teaspoons cream cheese
1/2 slice prosciutto or ham
Fresh thyme leaves or fresh chopped chives
1. At first beat egg and milk together in a coffee cup. Then add some salt and pepper to taste. Now tear some bread into dime sized pieces and then stir in. Add some cream cheese and again stir in. Tear or cut prosciutto into little pieces; add to mixture. Sprinkle with thyme.
2. Now microwave high for about 1 minute and 10 seconds. Trim with mustard and new thyme or chives.
Per serving: 200 calories; 10g fat; 4g saturated fat; 205mg cholesterol; 12g protein; 16g carbohydrate; 1.5g sugar; 0.5g fiber; 440mg sodium; 70mg calcium.
